Tickets & additional fees
Up to 10 hours of service. Extra hours are charged at the extra-hour rate. Long-distance areas (e.g. Lempuyang, Amed, Lovina, Gilimanuk) may carry a surcharge — confirmed in your quotation.
Extra hour: IDR 85,000 per hour.
Pickup & children
Pickup areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud. Other areas on request.
Children & infants: Infants travel free; child seats on request.
Cancellation policy
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
Charges for costs already incurred (for example tickets or boat reservations) are explained in your quotation.
Trips may be rescheduled for safety reasons such as weather or sea conditions.
Questions
Can we change the itinerary?
Yes. It is a private tour, so you can add, skip or swap stops with your driver as long as it fits the tour time.
Is the price per person?
No — the price is per private vehicle (car up to 4 passengers). For larger groups we quote a van.
